Yes there are KosFu RC without the "NOT VALID" on the back.

Here's another way you can tell the difference. The KosFu RC has a facsimile sig on the front. The KosFu error -- the ones with the "NOT VALID" -- have no facsimile sig.; August 20, 2008 10:09 PM
